It takes you years to find the perfect man...you should have the perfect day!

What is the difference between a church coordinator, venue coordinator and a wedding planner/coordinator? Our wedding coordinators offer a different range of services than these professionals. Specifically a wedding coordinator is working for the bride and the groom only! Not the church, not the hotel and not for reception venue. We are there to ensure that your every wish and request is carried out and properly executed in a timely manner.  A church wedding coordinator is usually a member or on the staff of a church and their job is to make sure church rules are followed. Ask the staff at your wedding location what they will and won't do to determine your additional needs. You will find that many charge extra for assembly such as centerpieces, tables or chair covers. All they provide is the set-up of the card table, cake table, reception tables, and to make sure you follow their rules. Our coordinators will work with the personnel at your ceremony and/or reception venue to ensure everything is covered.

My venue says that I do not need a wedding coordinator.
Most definitely ask them exactly what services they are offering you. If they are offering coordination services as part of your package and they have the training to do so, that’s one thing. Unfortunately, many say they are offering this service and more, but sadly does not end up being the case. When your venue offers planning services, get specific with them to find out exactly what they will and will not do. Don't be afraid to ask them about their qualifications. If they are representing themselves as a wedding planner, they need to be certified. After all, you wouldn't hire a nail technician or a stylist without being certified or educated would you? We strongly prefer to work with vendors that are not "all inclusive" primarily because your wedding day should be complete perfection. When one person is playing many roles, it is too easy for something to be overlooked and with the cost of weddings these days...it can be costly!

I want a non-traditional wedding.
That's GREAT! Nowadays more and more couples are choosing to really personalize their wedding. Tradition is included in creative elements, but the sky is the limit! Etiquette should be implemented throughout the process on certain things such as stationary wording, guest lists, etc. But there is no such thing as "the wedding police". This is your day, create what you want and how you want it.

What kinds of weddings have you planned? We have planned a wide variety of styles and traditions from Vietnamese, Gay, African, Military, At Home, Outdoor/Indoor, and both Traditional and Non-Traditional. We welcome any style and any tradition.

What do you charge for your services?
We do not believe in charging our brides based on guest count, venue, or budget. Planning a wedding for 50 guests can sometimes be just as difficult as a wedding for 200 guests. Wedding costs are rising even though more and more brides are choosing to do a lot on their own. We charge a flat fee for our packages and services based on location only. Please contact us for a free consultation and price quote. We would be happy to discuss your wedding and even create a package just for you!
